Linda Allen Dance – Autumn Term 2022

Key Measures must be adhered to:
- The hall will be ventilated with some open windows and internal doors at times.
- Students will be admitted through the front entrance where they will be asked to use the sanitizer.
- No spectators are allowed to enter the hall.
- Students must be picked up at the fire exit door, which opens onto the car park.
If our area is in Lockdown or a high tier all classes will be held via Zoom.

Terms and Conditions
It is the parent/carers responsibility to ensure Linda Allen Dance are notified immediately of any changes to the above information.
Fees are payable termly. Full Payment should be paid by the end of the second week of term.
If fees remain unpaid by the third week of term a £10 surcharge will be applied to the term fee. There are options to pay half termly or set up a payment plan. Please ask.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash in a sealed envelope with the students name and what the payment is for printed on the envelope.
A discount system is in place for students taking multiple classes.
No refunds will be given due to a student being unable to attend class.
Linda Allen Dance reserves the right to move all classes online.
Students should arrive promptly, dressed in the correct dancewear with hair secured off the face and neck, and attend classes regularly.
Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform the staff of any existing injuries or medical conditions.
Parents/carers/children are responsible for their belongings. Linda Allen Dance is not liable for lost or damaged property.
Linda Allen Dance hold a copy of your registration in both hard and digital formats. Names and dates of birth may be used for exams or competitions.
